      Openpay is a great place to work and is the most inclusive company i have worked at.

      Pros

      Everyone is treated as an individual, a talent that has a voice and opinion that is valued. Leadership are more than approachable and due to having many wonderful team events, many of us have transparent, friendly relationships with team members all across the business and different departments.

      Cons

      No incentives and the reward scheme is quite basic which means not everyone in the business gets to be rewarded for their efforts.
