Pros
I felt very supported during the shutdown, despite the obvious issues for performing arts companies reliant on box office and tourism. The company put in place a wage support package for all staff within 2 weeks of the shutdown, supported by the later scheme JobKeeper. Unlike many I was lucky to return to full time work in Q3 2020.
Cons
As with any large, complex business, information flow is not perfect.
