Cons
No solid career path set for software engineers. Frequent context switches and change of priorities. Too much ad-hoc communication and support. Messed up responsibilities of project coordinators and software engineers. Production deployments require working at late night hours. No active effort from the company for the personal evolution of the employees. Extra work is often considered as the norm.
