We help bad companies hurt employees

Pros

There's a lot of people here with good intentions. We all want to help companies improve their culture and stay compliant. But we're stuck when it comes to bad employers.

Cons

We all talk to each other, so we know what really going on. We've watched companies steal from their employees and then we basically give the company step-by-step instructions on how to get rid of the person who made the complaint. It's all very passive, "oh-no you can't fire them, only layoffs or eliminating their department or position is legal". We talk to managers about complaints filed against them in a "helpful" way that definitely outs the person who made the complaint. We've watched business owners quietly laugh in the background of an employees termination. They were harassed by vendor, but of course this termination is completely unrelated. We help continue everything that is wrong with work culture. While I understand there are a lot of good intentions, the whole unbiased approach means we actively turn a blind-eye to everything that is wrong in the workforce.

This is one of the most bizarre reviews we have ever recieved. It really doesn't make a whole lot of sense and we have been known to terminate client relationships if they don't respect and treat our team well. If we terminated you, there was probably good cause. Since we rarely receive a negative review, "hunting" down someone who gave us a bad review is not possible. How would we even know who left the review? We simply add an employer comment in response to any negative review. We wish you well regardless.

Pros

Flexible schedule, allows for remote work.

Cons

Not much direction from managers, management quick to blame low level employees. No clear path for growth.

This person clearly doesn't read any internal correspondence or attend staff meetings. Not only do we have a mentor program, an optimal path to success with multiple trainings to guide our team members, but we have multiple layers of support above any staff level team member. We continue to win best place to work year over year with 90% positive responses and 75% retention as a firm. We are pretty sure we know who posted this and they have been recieving negative critique recently for poor performance and communication. Instead of holding onself accountable and utilizing the many firm resources, they play the victim. I'm sure this behavior won't change in their next position.

Pros

Ability to make your own schedule.

Cons

Quit accepting every client under the sun. It's OK to turn work down, especially small clients that end up being headaches for your entire staff.

We turn down so many clients, but I do realize some clients come on board with us who are not ideal. Please communicate with management in the future. We always have your back and would not want you to work on clients that are not good! Sometimes we think they will be awesome clients and then they aren't.
