I cannot recommend this company enough for someone learning more about the ABA field. They genuinely care about your progression in the field and your contentment with your cases. The Director of Programs met with me multiple times 1:1 to get me started and check in. The owner knew my name within a single time meeting him and always stopped to chat when we crossed paths. My supervisor Kaela was hands down the best boss I've ever had - encouraging when cases were stressful, highly knowledgeable and overall a wonderful person to be around. I ended up having to leave the company unexpectedly, and they were incredibly patient and caring throughout the process. If you are starting out in the ABA field, get a job here!

I've been with OBH for 3 years now and have been very happy to work for the company! I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology and began as a 1:1 ABA tutor shortly after. The company provided me with all the training I needed to be successful and covered my RBT certification. Dr. Carinci genuinely cares about his employees and their success/happiness in the company. OBH supervisors have been knowledgable, helpful, and always available for questions and support. I have really enjoyed working for OBH and highly recommend them to others.
