      Lovely work environment

      Pros

      Such lovely and honest people to work with, a genuine joy to go to work every morning. Great team feel and very warm

      Cons

      No opportunity to move higher, very low salary with a lot of hard work and awful holiday/ sick pay/ compassionate leave. Not a good company to work for unless you want a basic job, not a career.

      The people (non management) are great (the few that are left) , some interesting projects to work on

      Cons

      Old school management stuck in their ways, not willing to take onboard recommendations from employees. Would rather outsource or hire from outside rather than promote from within. No progression or upskilling opportunities, no training offered. Management undervalue skilled employees massively.

      The staff who are not in management are amazing

      THE MANAGEMENT NO BENEFITS RUDE INCONSIDERATE it’s hard to work for a company who put you down constantly. Your mental health will be affected If you’re not careful, you’ll loose yourself as a person Management is very strategic and will make you feel crazy. How the company is presented does not reflect the reality Please stay away if you know what’s good for you

      Thank you for your comment, your feedback is an opportunity for us to improve and acknowledge the issues. We have invested in training and development for all of our staff. However, with any employment opportunity, it is a two-way street, communications must come from both sides. We provide many resources for employees to bring their issues/problem when they encounter them (we cannot read minds). We are no different from other companies that value open communications, high performance and accountability from our employees. Sometimes there may not be a fit for the position, however we try to give our employees a voice as long as they take the initiative to communicate to us. We value everyone’s opinions and feedback.
