    Intelligent acquisitions in Marketing Cloud Flexibility to work from home Achievable targets Initially excellent commission plan (has become less attractive year-on-year but still able to earn good money) Excellent Professional Services team

    Pros

    - flexibility with working hours and opportunity to work from home any time. - great package -flexible benefits that can be cashed out or used to buy extra holidays or things like medical insurance -solid technology -supportive mid-management -no micromanagement

    Cons

    - poor product training - never ending company restructures - high staff turnover and low morale - constant account reassignments - extreme flexibility makes it very difficult to reach people -backwards processes with Oracle Collections which prevent teams from achieving their renewals targets -siloed BU's

    Pros

    Enabled me to work from home when needed, I could buy extra holiday ever year, offered onsite nursery

    Cons

    still run by "boys club" - senior management needs to change, too many that have a comfortable position. You feel like a number - not feeling of wanting to invest in employees. Commissions and variable pay were always being reduced - max exodus of employees and mid-level management during 6 years I worked there frustrated with how they were being treated - promotions should be on merit and the work you have done, not because you haven't been in a role for +2yrs
