I worked at Oracle full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Enabled me to work from home when needed, I could buy extra holiday ever year, offered onsite nursery

    Cons

still run by "boys club" - senior management needs to change, too many that have a comfortable position. You feel like a number - not feeling of wanting to invest in employees. Commissions and variable pay were always being reduced - max exodus of employees and mid-level management during 6 years I worked there frustrated with how they were being treated - promotions should be on merit and the work you have done, not because you haven't been in a role for +2yrs
