Pros
Director level and lower employees are great people, they are working hard to turn refueling in space into a reality.
Cons
Inexperienced leadership team who lack accountability. Consistent struggle to retain employees. Employees feel like the weight of the company's future is entirely on them.

-great PTO policy -individuals are very nice -someone will do refueling in space soon, it might be Orbit Fab
Cons
-very mismanaged and unable to focus -senior people are leaving -layoffs -New COO OK, but months without one focused on the company hurt. Part time CFO. No CTO. The CEO says he doesn't know how to run a company this size.
