Pros

There is a good sense of community at this place.

Cons

This position was not as expected. The large amount of work placed upon the “team” each day was unmanageable. The expectation to understand and follow any and all concepts post sales created a stressful environment. Everything that was assigned was completely different each day. One day would be posting, the next would be to troubleshoot the back-end of the website. They offered the employees “training's” but there was never a follow-up; they just handed out packets and binders which changed CONSTANTLY... There was no departmentalized understanding of one particular area. You know/do it all, sink or swim. If you asked questions there was SOME help, but your expectation was to know it and not question it and or look it up and as aforementioned, this information became out dated quite quickly so once you became familiarized with a particular concept, it was hard to understand the changes. You had to be able to immediately fix or handle a customer request, weather you new how to handle it or not, because you would almost never have any real help. This place was more like a dictatorship. You will be spoken to like a kindergartner. This company has no empathy whatsoever. I never in my life have been spoken to in such a manner by grown adults. They will always downplay your feelings and make no changes. Not to mention employees can be publicly disrespected in front of the majority of the office. SPEAKING of which, one particular meeting was called because of the lack of compensation we received after the office was closed for a snow day… Shall I continue? Still thinking about working at OrderEze? Well DON’T, use that brain and move on elsewhere! Trust me! Not to mention the raises are CRAP! And the Starting pay is CRAP! Not to mention the turnover rate for this company is stark.

Dear Former Employee, We pride ourselves in our team atmosphere, and the work ethic of our employees. It’s unfortunate that you did not find our company-wide product trainings, small group breakout sessions, exercises, and one-on-one demos and discussions to be helpful in learning what your job role was all about while working here. We do wish your concerns with your workload and feelings about how you were treated, had been expressed to management while you were employed with us. One of the things we take pride in the most is our staff, since the people who work at Ordereze are the ones who make the difference for our customers. Yes, we do certainly hold our standards high, and the work is meant to be challenging and thought provoking – But we do this, not just so our staff can service our customers to the best of their ability, but also if the time comes for an employee such as yourself, to move on to another job elsewhere, we can take pride in the fact that you were part of a great team and ideally grew as a professional during your time here. We feel that our starting pay is competitive for an entry level position, and consistently look towards ways to incorporate promotions and raises as they are deserved, and as our company continues to grow. Our management team is one with years of experience, providing knowledge and insight from managing teams at multi-million dollar companies, and we take pride in having the leadership team that we do. Thank you for your insight, as it’s always taken into account by current and former employees. We wish you the best in your future endeavors, and hope you will find a work environment to fit exactly what you are looking for.

Pros

What the company does and who the company sells to is the only part that made this job great.

Cons

Just to name a few: -High School Atmosphere -Very demanding -Horrible Pay (Suggest starting employees at $15, other companies are paying more) Word of advice, don't work there, don't waste your time like I did!

Good Afternoon, We are very sorry you feel this way about your time with us. We do try very hard to keep a happy and positive work atmosphere and are sorry you did not feel this was given to you. We also do provide a very competitive pay structure and do give raises when they are warranted. We hope you find what you are looking for in a job and wish you the best.

Pros

The people I still talk to are truly amazing people

Cons

Such a weird environment to work in, this feels like your walking into high school after your first month. After the first month you feel like the step child in the middle of everything if your different your weird. I see the response from management here and they are so bitter. So sad this company will end up going down once management is reveled. Don't let the pictures fool you people new and improve office with a couple of fakes smiles

We do not look to fire people, in fact we look to place people where there is room for advancement. We do try to give all of our employees the tools to exceed in their positions and are sorry if you feel we have failed you. We do not look to have any bitter responses and do truly care about every employee who has or still is working for us. As in most companies there are some jobs that are not cut out for everyone. We do wish you the best in your future and hope you exceed wherever you go.
