      -team from Romania is very nice and cooperative -good company if you are at the start of the career, otherwise, runaway

      Cons

      -no bonus -pay raisest dosent care about you -everything in german. (documentation? - german; code? - German and so on) even tho they promised 2 years ago to switch fully to English. -payraises hard to get -have no clue how to keep people -some teams are overworked and some there is kind of nothing to work -waiting a lot of time on IT for licenses
