      Pros

      * The weather in Oman is nice * The people are in general very friendly * The working environment is pleasant * The working social side is good

      Cons

      * The Management have no clue what they are doing? * Omanization is key along with budget savings. * It would be good idea "not to leave your permanent job" and come in a Contractor. * The non-expat Engineers in this Refinery often have no idea what they are doing? * The way this company is run is beyond comprehension.

      Pros

      Very challenging work environment. Loads of opportunities to prove oneself as the organisation is in the process of intregration and committed people can exploit such opportunity

      Cons

      Currently the work environment is not very condusive due to the intregration issues which has kept the morale a bit low, however this would pass as time goes by.
