      Was better before but not so much anymore..

      Strong product line, convenient location

      Cons

      It's no longer about getting things done right, it's about getting things done. Training is very limited, knowledge is not shared, and support is non-existent. If you like to work alone with direction from upper management that doesn't know your role, then this is the place for you.

      Pros

      U only work 8hr shifts. Very strong team work among the employees. The supervisors are always looking out for their employees. Ensure a quality product is being produced and very big on safety.

      Cons

      Third shift don't get there 40 hours like they should. They are not for their employees like should be. Putting u on the schedule at the last minute.

      Pros

      Benefits were very good and bonus structure was very luctritive(presuming you could hit lofty goals), hours were good in non peak season

      Cons

      No training what so ever. I was hired(which took almost 5 months) then 4 months later found out my position was being eliminated. The company that bought Otis is all about cutting positions to maintain, not grow despite what they say. Senior level management is very poor compared to other companies I have worked for(3 fortune 500 companies.) Stay clear of Otis, no ones job is safe.
