Pros

None that I can see...it gets talked up at the start but goes downhill from there

Cons

I have been here 3 months and the "seasoned veterans" on the presses and in the office area are not willing to help teach. HR does not care. Upper management just wants to bring in sales..it doesn't matter if they go out on time. Looking for another job currently as are others that I know of.

Fair amount of independence. Will listen to ideas but never act on them.

Cons

Low pay, no chance of advancement, poor QC. Always lots of problems.

Pros

Pretty stable job, they are VERY slowly going from rotating to normal shifts

Cons

Getting yelled at is a normal thing whether or not anything went wrong, low pay, management only half listens to what your problem is and tells you to solve it yourself, they keep everyone as low on the pay scale as they can claiming that it gives people more space to grow, they play favorites, a lot of weekends that you work and management doesn't like it if you take your vacation
