Coworkers are bright and hardworking. But they are overworked and under-compensated due to shady management.
Cons
Poor management and ridiculously high turnover rate. I'm talking a new rotation of people every few weeks. Not sure how this company can sustain and grow when they spend so much of their time trying to find new replacements every couple of weeks. Extremely shady management who has no concern or respect for their employees. They will literally slave you and have you work or disturb you at any hour they please - literally -- midnight, 2am, 4am, on top of the regular corporate hours plus overtime hours you put in. They are dishonest and have their heads up in the clouds thinking they are God's gift to Earth. This company will not last. They lie to their clients about what they offer yet they don't even have real products out. It's a shame because their idea concepts are good and the entire team (management and employees) are extremely smart. This company just suffers from poor management and operation practices. Poor morals too with all the time they spend trying to get away with doing illegal things.
