    Pros

Dynamic working environment and rich resources for personal development.

    Cons

Small town and after several years you may be bored with it. But still many people love it. So this is more a personal preference.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Oxford University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Access to interesting and diverse group of people, especially as an undergraduate student.

    Cons

As a DPhil student, your experience will be largely dependent on the quality of your research group/department. As such, be very careful about taking a PhD project in an area that your supervisor is moving into rather than one in which (s)he is already an expert. In the former case, it is highly likely that no effective supervision will be available. A well-equipped lab cannot compensate for a poorly prepared supervisor!
