      Pros

Great location, and some really great colleagues in other departments. Flexible working for senior staff meant a great work life balance.

      Cons

Senior management lack skills to drive change with very few projects being delivered and no clear goals for the division. They promote a bullying culture and do not listen to whistle blowers.

      Pros

Flexible working arrangements, but depends on what you do and who your boss is. Strong pension scheme. World-class name

      Cons

career mobility is limited and you may not automatically have a college affiliation if you are a departmental researcher, which limits opportunities for socials and other activities.
