    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Oxford University full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    * prestige * famous professors * nice buildings

    Cons

    * All intellectual property belongs to the University, that is, all your work, results, software belong to the University. * Extremely low salary. * It is impossible to keep a healthy work-life balance. * Limited on space. Usually there are no rooms for meetings or discussing something with your colleagues. Having a meeting in the CS department means to have it in your office and disturb other colleagues of yours.
