    Access to most frontiered academic research. Students are eager to learn. Most great libraries and advanced facilities. Academic atmosphere.

    Cons

    Pressure from supervisors and colleagues. Not very good work-life balance. Sometimes exhausting.

    Fantastic opportunities in my field of research Excellent seminars and networking Good work life balance Beautiful city with lots of social and green spaces College system makes it easy to meet people and feel at home

    Communication between departments and colleges can be tricky College accommodation is expensive and renting privately is not much cheaper Colleges can be very undergraduate-centric (there are graduate only options)
