I worked at Oxford University for more than 3 years

    Pros

International working environment. So many clubs and societies through the university. Many resources at your disposal such as career services or subscriptions to programs/software/societies.

    Cons

Each research group and department is different so individual experiences are different. Very old institution that is set in its traditions which can sometimes mean that changes and updates are not accepted easily
