      - Teamwork is a key of success. - Great benefits like health insurance covered by employer %100. - Consistent improvement of skills with a great support. - Very satisfied with performance reviews that allowed me to picture myself and understand expectations clearly. - Appreciation of success. Very satisfied with the results.

      Corporate culture is poor at best!

      Pros

      Results from projects typically are very good for the most part. Plenty of great colleagues and a few really bad apples that ruin the entire orchard in many ways. In-house solutions work well and add value for clients through a results driven approach.

      Cons

      Very poor management structure with a corporate culture that cannot be trusted. Back stabbing throw one another under the bus mode of management has hurt us for years.

      Good salary and benefit. That's all

      In the end, it felt like I was back in High School and that no matter how hard or smart I worked it would never be enough to be truly appreciated for all I did.
