      Good learning opportunity in select industries: aerospace, automotive, telecom High flexibility: everybody can be entrepreneurial within the firm Low levels of bureaucracy

      Cons

      - Lack of structured staffing can lead to being locked in with projects/clients for too long - Staffing and opportunities arise from building a network within the firm not from a structured process (if network exists this is advantageous)
