      Pros

      Most of the people there are extremely nice and caring. They will help you out and genuinely care how you're doing.

      Cons

      Very clique-y. If you're not part of the family or close friends, you have no chance. You won't be listened to at all. There is so much micromanaging it's unbearable.

      Pros

      The front doors open magically. The initial presentation, especially the entrance is beautiful.

      Cons

      Mission Statement is misleading. Management is absent, disorganized, inconsistent, clannish and unresponsive to both employees and members. Employees are micromanaged and disgruntled. Space is very limited. Members and management are rude & entitled.

      Pros

      As an employee, you have access to the membership amenities. One of the most important things for me is the ability to see one of our nurse practitioners for my health and wellness needs. I also love the healthy cafe on-site for breakfast, dinner, and even snacks at an employee-discounted rate (seriously, the best food in St. Louis!). We also have access to the gym, can participate in fitness classes, and use services like infrared sauna and cryotherapy for FREE! These amenities help me stay true to my goals and priorities to stay mentally healthy and fit for an ideal work-life balance. Our management leadership team takes the time to connect and check in regularly with employees, and I feel genuinely cared about as an employee. I feel seen and heard about my goals to grow in my career.
