    Pros

    Good benefits, had some wonderful, bright co-workers, offered home based non travel position.

    Cons

    Company organization is a mess and not a lot of direction, nobody seems to be on the same page.

    Pros

    I do not have any pros to give at this time other than I did not have any issues relieving paychecks.

    Cons

    Major issues with communication within this organization. Completed a contract with Parexel and was assured a 6 month extension which I accepted, and then it was abruptly not renewed upon returning from my Christmas vacation. There was never a performance issue and I received positive remarks through my recruiter. Additionally, there was very little billable time provided by the team and I made far less money than I anticipated. ***reconsider any thought of working for Parexel esp if you are a contractor*****

    Advice to Management

    Line managers dealing specifically with contractors clearly not engaged with what's going on.

    remote work, have good CRA support with inhouse CMAs.

    Cons

    too stuck on system tools which can overburend monitors and team, need to integrate sstems and stop making individuals metrics be based on systems that constatntly break or in cases where you have more that the allowable number of sites the company will cut those out so they do'nt look as if they are over working you but you don't get recogniition.

    Advice to Management

    consider reviewing the number of site the therapeutic area they fact that people work over 8 hours and only get paid for 8 hours and support your team.

    Knowledgable management. I am sorry I do not have any more "Pros" to offer.

    Too much travel with sub-standard equipment. There was no work/life balance it was only work.

    Advice to Management

    Know that the more sites a CRA is given the less time and attention they can spend with each site. Be aware of the ratio of sites/CRA to ensure a successful study,
