I have been working at PAREXEL full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work from home policy can be very flexible - 3-5 days from home
Salary tends to be higher than average
    Benefits are about average

    Cons

Only few people get promotions and continue to do so
Not many career path is available. You could be stuck with your career
Too many layers of managements - too slow and inefficient. Too many "know-it-all" people who only talk yet there aren't many people who can actually do the work.

    Advice to Management

The upper management seems out of touch with the reality. Please get rid of worthless middle managers who don't do actually work but spend hours with Excel on employee metrics. PAREXEL contract bids are always get outbid by competitors because they are inefficient and there are too much overheads.

I worked at PAREXEL full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The PROs are that you get to work on numerous submissions in a wide array of therapeutic areas. It's also interesting to get to work with many different cultures seeing as they are international and mix the teams across countries. Another pro is that you can work from home and can have flexible work arrangements.

    Cons

As a CRO, you have the usual peaks and valleys and sometimes there were more peaks than valleys but that is to be expected.

    Advice to Management

Focus a little more on the work life balance. Everyone really enjoys working hard but they also need to relax equally as much.
