None - it's a great place to work!

Pros

Great place to learn and practice ethical recruitment with great people and great clients. This is a sharing, nurturing and collaborative culture where you can shape a long term career (which is not the norm in the industry). Recruitment is about people not numbers and we try to practice what we preach.

Cons

PCR are relatively small so there are fewer people internally to interact with. However, quality trumps quantity any day.

- Always encouraging my development through new tasks, encouraging training and supporting me on projects. -Opportunity for both independence and teamwork. -Great networking opportunities and career prospects. - Trusting environment in a small, professional team that sometimes feels more like a family!

- The pandemic has meant remote working - so I have been able to meet the team in person less than I would have liked!
