Pros
Very nice managing partner. When I started work only a few days, I was invited to join their lunch session as a get together. Though I am just a support staff and all others are associates and paralegal. I feel like part of the family.
Cons
Maybe something about the lawyers experience but they are young lawyers anyway.

Partners push for impossible deadlines, associates regularly make fun of trainees and clients behind their backs, high turnover rate with very disorganised handovers
