Redundant Shift Pattern for Operations Team

1 - Good Salary 2 - Vehicle Provided 3 - Fuel and CashCard allowance 4 - Company Phone / Laptop

Cons

The Operations Team have to do 3 rotating shifts which is RIDICULOUS... And on top of that the usual daily deployment for Day and Night shift. Scheduled off days are not really off days as you would need to attend to issues at the sites, which makes the shift pattern REDUNDANT in the first place... No time for family at all... My advice, think twice, THRICE before you join this company.

Dirty politics and ancient values

It was easy to get hired because company didn’t bother looking at my certificates which was shocking at first but I have come to expect less from security agencies in Singapore

Cons

Lots of dirty politics played among colleagues and it’s encouraged by management. Management actually tells you to kill each other because it shows how much killer instincts you have. Not sure which century this company is operating in with values like that. Very toxic environment and one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
