Pros
None. I worked there for exactly a year and literally have not got a single good word to say about the place.
Cons
Too many to list so will just stick to the main ones: 'Annualised hours' in a terrible 'office' (not really an office at all, more of a room joint into a warehouse. Poor training from 'management' who also appear to hate job (on my first day the lady training me actually said, and I quote "Look I know it's not great, but everybody needs a job". That was on my first day, by a lady who is given the job of training new starters! I should have walked out there and then. Just an awful job that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
