I worked at PPD full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Plenty of pressure, which meant you had to learn fast and work fast if you wanted to survive. Met some of my closest friends whilst working here. Plenty of parking

    Cons

I have worked at demanding firms but learned valuable skills. Here, demands were unrealistic and not value-adding. The only thing I learned was how to copy and paste as quickly as humanly possible. Senior management seemed to have no clue as to how to even get the work done but spent most of their effort in shielding themselves from scrutiny and shifting blame down the reporting line.

I worked at PPD full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Resigning was a relief, free coffee at the client site was OK.

    Cons

All said above in the review headline. Never go for a functional service provider type of job. Never believe in beautiful posters for culture of transparency either... Be ready for the jungle of corporate corruption and misleading.
