Pros

1) Good benefit 2) Lots of job opportunities to rotate around 3) Decent salary for a state enterprise company 4) Expand globally

Cons

1) Too political. Need inside or top management support to climb up the ladder 2) Too much influence from old or ex top management who are still around to exercise power 3) Slow decisional process. Too much hierarchy. No one take responsibilities. Every thing runs through various committees. 4) Teerible HR team. Top HR management are not HR trained. They get promoted because they need a place to climb the ladder and tends to promote their own people. 5) Start to become a holding company. All businesses were given to subsidiaries to run. All good people are either retired or left the companies because they couldn’t stand the current systems and politics inside. The top management left are not as sharp or smart like people who left.
