Nothing. Get Out! Better still, don't apply - you will regret it. Working at Pact heightens your appreciation of the organisations and individuals you have worked for in the past. Weekends are the best as well (because you are not at Pact).
Cons
Senior management I encountered have absolutely no respect for their employees. They speak to employees (and others) like they are trash. They throw personal insults around like they are going out of fashion. They think they know better than their employees when they are the most inept bunch of managers going around. Working at Pact is like working for a bunch of Donald Trumps - it is eye popping and ear popping what you see and hear. Senior management are mostly pale, stale, and male. Under resourcing is deliberate as they try to get as big a bang for their buck as possible - this is counter intuitive as nothing gets done remotely well.
