I have been working at Paddy Power Betfair full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Much better atmosphere compared to just after the merger, ministry of fun to organise socials and activities, easy to progress and gain experience, lots of change, good initiatives like wellbeing and diversity groups. Laid back atmosphere but also hard working. Unlimited annual leave.

    Cons

Loads of people seem to become directors and managers quite easily. Not sure how well it's thought out.

    Advice to Management

Stop changing the company structure it's confusing
