I worked at Paddy Power Betfair full-time

    Pros

    Great spacious offices
    Fantastic people
    Parking facilities
Great opportunities once you leave Betfair

    Cons

Decreasing salary ( everyone who started before you is on a higher salary and everyone who starts after you is on a lower one..and even lower)
It looks like the company cares more about new employees than long-standing employees ( you are too expensive for them)
No reach outside your position ( fully restricted to access any information that relates to anything else)
    No great learnrning

    Advice to Management

Some great managers out there but after the merger, it went downhill.

I worked at Paddy Power Betfair full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

fun environment, vast majority of employees really care about success of company.
Good perks - share save scheme, annual bonuses, beer fridge fridays. Good potential for promotions and career progression in most teams.

    Cons

Not many in my experience, although there were a few occasions when good people were being paid as low as company could get away with instead of a competitive salary.

    Advice to Management

correct pay discrepancies among people doing same job
