I worked at Paddy Power Betfair full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Enjoyable atmosphere, sport is a key focus, smart people, flexible working, uncapped annual leave

    Cons

Poor management at director level and far too many under-qualified people in very senior positions. A lot of inefficient processes due to company size and heritage brands
