I have been working at Paddy Power Betfair full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good rewards , good pay, training and development flexibility, team night outs , competitions, bonus, tips, discipline, approachable members of senior management

    Cons

Long hours, too sales focused recently , need to appreciate staff a lot more especially when they have to cover or cancel plans for emergencies in the shop

    Advice to Management

It is a customer service role, stop trying to make it so sales focused. Also after progression to shop manager there isn't much to do as most managers do not become district managers
