Pros
Palecek a small privately owned company, has kind of a family feeling. Has lots of long time employees. Sales beautiful product to the trade. Has been in business for over 30 years
Cons
Poor leadership, no real room for advancement. It seems that they make up the rules as they go along and there is no consistency in how the rules are applied. Favoritism is a big part of the "culture" at Palecek. It's really unfortunate because it used to be a great company to work for.
