      Pros

      Working in admin you have the weekends off. Most everyone in admin is lovely to work with. You get to help some with community activities.

      Sometimes you do have to over extend beyond your work duties

      Everyone in the system is great to work with. The job really prepares you for other jobs in the library system or outside of it.
