The perks and benefits are good, generally a good culture across the business and it’s different business units. It’s very fact paced considering the growth and momentum so an exciting place to be. Promising career development for good performers.

As expected with a company of this size and the fast pace, sometimes it can seem a little chaotic and work life balance can be tricky, you have to manage your time well.

focus on diversity down to earth people
Cons
disorganized under the guise of organization the focus is on all the wrong things also they try to portray themselves as caring and kind to diversity community but in the actual workplace there's no such thing. They also have lots of bureaucracy and too much focus on non essential paperwork and no growth in the work . It's weird. if you are looking for a fun, fast paced place where your work can show results and you feel good about your work, this is not the place.
