      Everyone gets a long very well Team atmosphere Management acknowledges hard work and dedication Fun and laid back atmosphere Paid weekly Room for advancement Family owned company Open door policy

      Pros

      Weekly pay, relaxed environment that's pretty much it.

      Cons

      Boss got drunk all the time. Very unprofessional. You never had the same shift, it always changed. The night shift had to clean up all the messes from the morning shift.
