      Pros

      The employees try their best to do their work, even if it is quite difficult. People are friendly and help each other. Excellent place to learn.

      Cons

      The owner is the worst type of manager there is. It's a good thing that he's in the office only once in a while. He has absolutely no managerial skills and his subordinates constantly need to compensate. Good thing they are there!

      Unstable and mean owner, in a dead end company

      Pros

      The people. Collogues were great, and most of them were qualified. Big parking space. Nice looking offices (recently renovated)

      Cons

      The owner insults people, break down doors, throw tantrums yell like crazy, fire people on a whim and is extremelly unstable. The company does not have a bright future. 15+ years old product are still what keep the company afloat. New products fails miserably. There is absolutely no recognition whatsoever. No way to climb corporate ladders. All software are really outdated and budget won't allow to upgrade. It was 2020 and I still had 2012 versions of my softwares. I also was forced from time to time to work on the assembly line in the factory because they lacked workers. If you have aspirations or want to grow professionally, stay clear of Paradox at all cost.

      We are lost and regret to see the below comment. Obviously, it comes from an unhappy employee of our company. Currently Paradox is experiencing an incredible and exciting period of growth, hiring new employees, especially in research and development, and releasing innovative new products in 2024 after some delays due to Corona. Paradox is to replace all legacy products with great customer feedback and excitement. Paradox produces security products, and breaking doors is part of the the testing and release process, which the founder/owner decides to test out himself. Paradox is proud of the pre-release testing of its products, which results in one of the lowest fault rates in the industry. We regret that the employee probably got the wrong impression and will be more than happy to explain the scenario if he cares to know.
