      NONE... This place became hostile from day one.

      First day on job.. One of owners yelled at employee... I will leave it at this... All Mangers have forked tongues.

      Pros

      Fair Salary but the employer has not done review in 3 years. Many employees have never had a review. There are a few talented employees that make the work atmosphere enjoyable.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, no training. They hold people accountable without training. Management is racist against people of color, sexual orientation and single mothers. They terminate people on a whim. Executive Management tend to bad mouth former employee. Many people have delivered for the company but when they are done with you the trash your reputations

      Pros

      Established company and well respected in the industry. Junior management does a great job. Especially the marketing department and graphics.

      Cons

      Horrible place to work. Very cold, not employee driven. Due to the recent sale of the company, morale is very low. Don’t get baited by the HR person. She’s a novice.
