      Pros

      Plenty of overtime on each shift.

      Cons

      Forced to work 12hrs each shift that you are scheduled. Breaks not given on a regular basis. Cameras on each post to include the breakroom area.

      I work at Paragon Systems located in Baltimore, Maryland. Paragon Systems has a professional training sessions and management kept a respectful professional relationship with their employees.

      Cons

      Not allowed to used sick time in appropriate way as needed.

      Pros

      Easy posts with above average pay. Great supervisors and the training instructors are really good. They make training fun and learning easy. Quality equipment for duty gear, no more junky .38 revolvers here!

      Cons

      Too many rules, demands, and threats of suspension and termination. At times, employees feel like they are just warm bodies to fill a spot, instead of living people with lives outside work, and family commitments.
