Toxic work environment, Team Leads that call you names, unattainable numbers, safety issues, place has fires ALL the time, absolutely NO SICK DAYS, only one 30 minute break per shift, miserably HOT inside the factory unless it’s 20 degrees outside, constant complaints and pressure from management and no acknowledgment for good work. Lies, lies, lies. They try and act like they care about their employees, but they don’t care about them one bit. They treat you like crap, talk to you like you’re nothing, and then wonder why they have an 85% turn over rate.

Management is horrible and it runs off favoritism. Need better HR and other head of departments.
