      Great environment, I've spoken with hourly and salary team members who really enjoy the work and the management. I have experience a management team who is open to my thoughts and willing to help me grow in my career as well as support me helping the business grow.

      In the events industry every day is different and same goes for Paramount! Whether my day consists of meeting with clients, visiting venues, attending events or creating proposals, I can always count on the weeks being filled with high energy. Paramount Events continues to strive for excellence, which promotes exciting progress, growth and learning within the workplace.

      Exciting days sometimes calls for long days and weekends, but that's the business!
