I have been working at Pareto Law full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

A great company to work for - work hard, play hard sales environment. If you work hard, you see the results. Sales is about attitude, competence and motivation, which is what Pareto assess for through their process. Company has a great culture and reward their staff as you'd expect in any sales job from vouchers to holidays and nights out to fancy dress days.

    Cons

It's a hard job and success doesn't come over-night. If you work hard, you'll reap the rewards. It can be long hours, but you get out what you put in.

I have been working at Pareto Law full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pareto put a lot into rewarding and recognising those who work with them. The incentives are a real winner- twice annual trips to places like Dubai, Mallorca, even Vegas this year! Even small things like offering vouchers / drinks through to awards, a weekend away - they do a lot to reward those who work hard. It has a great culture, lots of nights out / socials - they did Chester Races this year and throw an amazing launch event every Jan, black-tie, full sit down dinner - with awards and entertainment to boot. It's an open office and very team-orientated. They've got a structured progression plan for everyone coming into the business, so from the outset you know exactly where you could end up - and how to get there. There's an internal training team and they run academies as well as investing in external programmes or even accreditation opportunities. They really invest in their people.

    Cons

You just need to get involved - this isn't a place for those who prefer to shy away in a corner cubicle with their head down! The team ethos and social nature of the business means just that - Pareto isn't just about what happens in the office.

    Pros

Great culture, great atmosphere - lot's of young people. Great ethos about conducting yourself with professionalism and candour - great training too.

    Cons

You have to love Sales. Work can be a little repetitive sometimes - but so can most work, am I right?
