Pros

Company is terrible, no growth, pay is horrible, and turnover rate is extremely high around 75%. They will bate you in with company car and phone but it's old refurbished crap they give you.

Cons

Company is unprofessional as a whole. No proper training for new sales reps. Your supervisor has been fired twice but still is employed, that should give you a (red) flag there. They want either college grads that have no clue or ex cons. Do not fall for this company ... the turnover rate is extremely high!! Fired a guy when I was there after 1 month doing the job because of production so don't waste your time. Sales reps never have products to sale to clients because the warehouse is never stocked and the service guys don't care. TRUST ME don't waste your life.

Pros

If they didn't try to take it from you sometime you would get commission but they made sales goals higher and higher so they wouldn't have to pay you.

Cons

They do not give a crap about their employees. They fire everyone and it's not a fun working environment. It's hard work and the pay is not good. If anyone says this is a good company to work for they are just lying on here. Ask the real employees they all want out.

Pros

Well...if I had to say anything I guess it would be the fact that some guys with checkered backgrounds are given an opportunity.

Cons

The biggest con is that there is a good Ole boy system in place. You can be under qualified, & have a shady past but if you're liked by the owner you can do no wrong. Recently I was terminated from my position due to my criminal record coming out. I have been a faithful employee who does his job and doesn't complain for over three years and was cut loose like it was nothing. I admit, I have a horrible past that involves a sex crime. However there is a manager in California, with the exact type of criminal charges that was not terminated. How is that fair? The only reason it became an issue is because a customer called from a church I was doing a job at and complained after running a check on my drivers license. Still no benefit of the doubt, just cut me dry on the spot. Yet this other guy still has a job, and is a manager. Just doesn't seem right.
