    Pros

    Compensation is good
    Work Colleagues are hardworking
    Young place and vibe overall

    Cons

    1. Very limited exposure beyond educational, health care sector. 2. Lots of commercial DD but limited to that 3. In a tight space when competing with MBB firms 4. Political at times 4. Since the EY acquisition feels more audit then consulting firm with limited number of clients work classified as core consulting

    Advice to Management

    1. Need to open up beyond set industries
    2. Consulting today is more than just beautiful slides
    3. Employee empathy and work balance

    Pros

    Great missions and jobs
    Nice and entrepreunerial culture
Ambitious strategy to become one of the leaders of Strategy Consulting in France

    Cons

Salaries below industry average (improvement in progress)

  11. "Worth it"

    StarStarStarStarStar

    Pros

Exceptionally diverse industry exposure compared to peer firms. Truly wonderful people. Parthenon takes the "Nice" in "Smart. Nice. Driven." very seriously. The firm invests a lot in mentorship. You will feel challenged here.

    Cons

Brutal hours. Double staffing (two projects at a time) is the default. Unreasonable expectations, and having to compromise on work quality, both take a toll on morale. Little to no client exposure for most projects.

    Advice to Management

Sell only as much work as you can staff reasonably. As Parthenon scales, invest in full-time staff for recruiting, D&I, and other internal initiatives like our larger peer firms do.
