I have been working at Paul Mason Consulting full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Everyone (from the CEO to the trainee employees and everybody in between) is friendly and supportive The company gives its employees a plethora of hands-on learning opportunities (you should be willing to put lots of effort in) Senior management is open and honest in their communication

    Cons

As it is a consultancy, travel/commute to client locations is highly likely - you need to have a car (or a full license at least) You may be offsite for weeks/months, at times living out of a suitcase, and potentially on your own

    Pros

    The office didn't catch fire

    Cons

The management structure repeatedly made it clear that protecting itself was more important to them than giving their employees a safe working environment.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Paul Mason Consulting full-time

    Pros

    - Great place to work, friendly and supportive atmosphere - Individual ideas are encouraged and often implemented - Monthly company wide meetings to discuss what all the business units are working on at present is a great way to keep everyone up to date with company progress - Mature environment where individuals are entrusted to get on with their work without heavy micro management - Give UK employees the chance to go to the India office which is great

    Cons

Nothing bad to say about PMC, as an employer and a place to progress your career it's great. The only thing I would try to improve is the social element, PMC don't promote this as much as other companies I have worked for.
