I worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

High-level work with smart, hard-working personable employees overall. People are genuinely nice and mostly straight-forward. The clientele is cream-of-the-crop.

    Cons

There was one employee in my department who was rather combative and prone to tyranny. Not just with me, but with others. The employee was frequently rude to co-workers, and the worst part is, the employee didn't seem to car. This is because the employee cozied up to the partners and made it seem like he/she was the "savior" of the department and no one else could/would do what she did.
