First one is salary, in terms of salary dispersion the house is quite punctual, as salary is dispersed from 7th to 8th of each month. The environment that I was looking for is in here, complete your task and do what ever you want to do. Working with all the efforts you can make, get appreciated in here. Working here will never make you feel like an employee, entire team is as supportive as a family.
Cons
No smoking zone is there. No lunch facility.
