I have been working at Paymentsense full-time for less than a year

    Pros

This is an adult environment and you are responsible for yourself. No one is going to carry you, however, you are treated as an adult and as such are rewarded if you work hard.

    Cons

As a young company, there are still bugs that need ironing out but the company is still developing and the business is happy to ask for feedback on how to improve.

I have been working at Paymentsense full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Friendly staff who are always willing to help each other. Good opportunities for progression within the business. Working for Paymentsense allows you to retain a good work/life balance. There is no expectation for you to take work home. You receive an increasing number of holidays each year based on attendance which rewards loyalty and punctuality.

    Cons

Communication from our partner companies is poor which delays the resolution time.
