I worked at here for almost 3 years. I got to see many sides of the work and the employees and felt the need to leave a completely honest review. After reading the reviews left for Pediment, I thought the negative reviews were dramatic, while the positive reviews were a little desperate-sounding.
It is an overall good place to work. The work is interesting and seeing the final product is very rewarding. It is family-run and the family is very nice. They want to see good in people and their company. As a small company, they make an attempt to have positive company culture.
Cons
Super quiet office, at times feelings uncomfortable. In a rural area of Washington, so the commute can be rough. Pay wasn't great, but not terrible either. Sometimes the family (who runs the company) came off a little judgmental.
Pediment is an excellent place to work if you are starting your career or if you are in a point in your life where work/ life balance is very important. The doors of management are always open, and I have only been treated with respect and kindness every time I approach them. The work environment is great!
Cons
Since it's a small company, there are no opportunities for promotions or significant raises.
