Pros
Been with F2F now for 3 and half years and really enjoy the variety of different cases we conduct. No single day is the same and if (like me) you don’t like sitting in the same office day in day out then it more than meets this requirement. Be prepared to travel, be prepared to be challenged (positively), be prepared to make a difference!! On a personal note the job gives (for me) great work life balance giving me more time with my family. 👍

Can involve travelling some distance at times (not a regular occurrence) so be prepared.

Pros
When I have provided feedback to my Director this has been listened to and acted on which has given me some reassurance as an employee. Although the job comes with a very busy schedule and pressure, my TL takes time to support and understand any issues. As a field based team member we are all there to support each other and encouraged to do so. Incentives are good if you like to earn more.
Cons
Field-based team members are not included in celebrations that office-based team members experience.

Our Team (Peninsula Face2Face) are amazing. Whilst we are supported fully, we are also left to do our job to the best of our abilities - without micromanagement - which I respect massively! Love my job!

You can’t hide if you don’t want to put the work in. Very customer focused, so if you are not a people-person you might struggle

Pros
I joined after a very long time with my previous employer and have been happy to become part of this warm welcoming & supportive team. The role is very varied, no two days (sometimes hours) are the same, but I thrive on the flexibility and diversity that this role brings. The department is always looking for ways to grow and adapt, and with that focus it brings new opportunities for personal development too. The leadership is open to feedback, and ultimately everyone is aiming to deliver the common goal of providing great service to our clients at a time when they need that additional support to handle often emotional or difficult processes. It has certainly broadened my horizons in more ways than one !
Cons
The job is demanding, fast paced and at times complex - you need to be adept at managing ambiguity, but there is always someone there to support you when you need it.

I have worked for Peninsula for 3 years and have worked from a paralegal position to a field based HR Consultant position, which shows the scope for progression here. The team is great, with truly knowledgable people offering support and assistance whenever needed. The management team are fantastic, approachable and friendly. The nature of thr work is challenging and interesting, always something new, which is engaging.
Cons
There is some travelling involved and the work can lead to a high level of stress, but these do not impact my work/life balance.

Fantastic people who are knowledgeable, friendly and will always do their best to help when your not too sure of something. I love the growth opportunities there are both for myself in knowledge and in the Face2Face department as it grows.
Cons
The job involves being able to have difficult conversations with employees and at times employers in a positive way, and at times it can be difficult to know how to approach this, but it’s not really a con as there are so many people to ask and they always help, and from my experience it has always worked out well.
